Shipping & Delivery Information
We provide worldwide shipping through a variety of methods, including air, road, and ocean transportation, allowing us to meet different logistical needs. We utilize a combination of shipping carriers to ensure that your items are delivered safely and quickly, complete with online package tracking for your convenience.
In-stock items typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Your shopping cart will show an estimated delivery date for your convenience. During checkout, we provide Expected Delivery Dates for each shipping option for in-stock items. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to delays due to verification processes, weather conditions, or the timing of your order. Additionally, stock exceptions cannot be guaranteed to meet the expected delivery dates. Orders may also arrive in separate shipments. The delivery dates are determined by the carrier’s shipping practices, the shipping destination, and the items ordered.
Whether your order is being delivered to a residential or commercial location, we guarantee support for every customer’s order while in transit. We ensure that customers receive reliable service and timely updates regarding their shipments.

Shipping Fees and Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination of the package. Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels, but we do not charge additional fees for this.
Please note that your country’s import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item and shipping totals. Refer to our Duties & Taxes section for more information. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Item Restrictions
Before completing any purchase, please check the product specifications in the “SPECS” tab to ensure compatibility with your country. Additionally, confirm that your country’s import rules and regulations allow you to import the items you are purchasing.
Manufacturer or government restrictions may occasionally prevent us from shipping certain products outside the country of manufacture.
Please also note that manufacturer rebates may be valid or invalid for merchandise shipped outside the country of manufacture.
Shipping Options
For our local customers, we ship orders using UPS, FedEx, or USPS on the same day, with delivery the next business day. We also provide weekend and special delivery options. Most of our international packages are shipped through DHL Express Global Logistics, utilizing either Door-to-Door, Door-to-Airport, Airport-to-Door or Airport-to-Airport service, depending on your location. The carrier will contact you to provide details about your delivery method.
We also welcome special shipping arrangements by air, ocean, ground, Lower Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) for bulk, resale, or unique orders from our valued customers. We have reliable private international freight forwarders that facilitate these types of shipping arrangements to many countries. For this service, the final delivery will be handled by the postal service of the destination country.
Due to the complexities of export regulations on international shipments, all special orders will be delivered to our warehouse and then shipped to you. This enables Mobile Store Ven to better support your shipment during transit.

Insurance
Mobile Store Ven value every customer and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that investing in valuable products requires trust and confidence in our ability to deliver them safely.
As a responsible company, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. However, despite our best efforts, unforeseen events can occur during transportation. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage.
Please be aware that, under current laws and international treaties, carriers, shippers, and shipping agents may have limited liability for any loss, theft, or damage to products during transit. Consequently, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur while items are in transit.
To safeguard your purchase, we encourage all customers to obtain insurance for all shipments. This insurance can be acquired from your licensed shipping agent or broker, who will handle the importation of the goods on your behalf. Many shipping companies and licensed agents offer competitive insurance rates tailored to your order. The insurance charges will depend on the type and value of your items.
If you choose to purchase insurance, the coverage limit will align with the invoice value of your items. In the unlikely event that you need to file a claim for loss or damage, please contact your shipping company or licensed agent to initiate the claim process.
Your peace of mind is our top priority. By investing in insurance, you can ensure that your valuable products are protected against unforeseen events during transit. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way, from ordering to delivery.
Multiple Items
To prevent excessive shipping and duty fees, orders containing multiple items stored in different warehouses will be consolidated at a single location before shipping. As a result, your order may experience an additional one business day delay. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed. Want your large bulky purchase carried inside your home or business? Our delivery team will carry your items over the doorstep.
Please note that overweight and/or oversized items (for example, TVs larger than 40 inches) can only be shipped via a common carrier.
Signature, Refused or Returned Deliveries
All orders are shipped “signature required” upon receipt. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Mobile Store Ven reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Attested Documents
Certain countries require your order’s documents to be attested by the chamber of commerce. In the event that you need attested documents there will be a $50 USD fee per document requiring a signature along with a shipping charge to send you the documents.
Tracking and Updates
To keep you informed, you will receive tracking information and updates on your order status in your registered email address, making your shipping experience with us as seamless as possible. Refer to our Track Order page to track the status of your order in real-time.
Ordering on a weekend/holiday?
We generally pack orders Monday-Sunday. However, orders packed on Sundays or legal holidays do not ship until the following business day.* If you receive an email on a Sunday or legal holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that your order will ship the next business day.
FedEx / UPS
Shipments to PO Boxes can only be shipped via US Postal Service. Signature may be required (depending on your location).
If you have a FedEx or UPS account, you may enter your account number on our Shipping Method page during checkout and you will not be charged any shipping fees by Mobile Store Ven. Accounts will be verified with the carrier. (USA only)
If Mobile Store Ven is presented with any fees for private-account shipments, we may charge your credit card. We may also charge your credit card if the account number provided is invalid.
DHL Saver
DHL Saver is a hybrid service that delivers to many international locations. The final delivery from this service is most often made by the Postal Service of a recipient’s specific country. Pre-payment of international duties and taxes is not available through this service.
DHL Global Mail
DHL Global Mail service consists of coordinated efforts between couriers and the local Postal Service of a recipient’s specific country. Pre-payment of international duties and taxes may be available for select countries through this service. Your region’s specific options will be displayed during checkout.
DHL Express
DHL Express service is a premium, worldwide, door-to-door courier delivery system. Pre-payment of international duties and taxes may be available for select countries through this service. Your region’s specific options will be displayed during checkout.
US Postal Service (USA only)
Only USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up. Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Tracking of packages may be accompanied by some limitations.
Ordering Deadline and Delivery Time
In-stock items usually arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Your shopping cart will display an estimated delivery date for ease of reference. International orders received before 7am Eastern Standard Time (GMT -05:00) will be shipped the same day and delivery will be in the next 2-3 business days. To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email, if your order will be delayed.
